ONLY THE WORK YOU NEED
We’ll explain
what needs fixing.
We’ll check the spring and cable system and explain what needs fixing. A problem with one part doesn’t automatically mean replacing everything. We’ll explain the recommended repair and its cost before you decide, and you can ask about anything you don’t understand.
Our approachBEFORE YOU CALL
What to share when you call.
Tell us your city and whether the door is open, closed or stuck halfway. You don’t need to remove any parts before calling.
01How do I know if it’s the spring or the cable?
A crooked door, a loose or hanging cable, or a door that stops partway can all point to the lifting system. Describe what you see; you don’t need to identify the exact part before we look at it.
02Is a broken spring dangerous to leave alone?
A broken or worn spring changes how the door is balanced and can make it unsafe to operate. Avoid forcing the door open or closed, and call to discuss the repair rather than inspecting or adjusting the spring yourself.
03Do you always replace the spring, or can it be repaired?
It depends on the spring, the cable and the damage. We’ll check the lifting system, explain what’s actually worn or broken, and recommend repair or replacement based on what we find.
