ONLY THE WORK YOU NEED
We’ll explain
what needs fixing.
A damaged panel or worn roller doesn’t always mean you need a new door. We’ll look at what can be repaired and explain when replacement makes sense. We’ll explain the recommended repair and its cost before you decide, so you know what you’re paying for and why.
Our approachBEFORE YOU CALL
What to share when you call.
Let us know what’s damaged and whether you can get into the garage. If you’re locked out, mention that first so we can check availability.
01Can a damaged panel be repaired instead of replaced?
Sometimes. We look at the extent of the damage and the condition of the rest of the door before recommending a repair or a replacement panel.
02What if I’m locked out of my garage?
Emergency lockouts are one of the repairs we handle. Call 480-338-2620, mention that you’re locked out, and we’ll discuss current availability.
03How do you decide between repairing and replacing the door?
We check what’s damaged — track, panel, rollers, hinges or weather seals — and explain realistic repair options first. Replacement is a recommendation only when repair won’t reasonably fix the problem.
